I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were not up to my expectations with some discomfort due to heating issues, the price was quite reasonable for a group stay. The service was friendly and welcoming but a bit understaffed, and the location, although close to UL and the city center, raised some security concerns. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the surrounding amenities were convenient for quick meals.
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not comfortable and quite filthy, with noticeable stains and marks throughout. I even had to endure loud arguments next door until the early hours, making it hard to relax. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful, which somewhat made up for the room issues. The location was convenient but lacked character, and the breakfast was decent but not exceptional.

The service was outstanding, highlighted by the courteous and helpful staff showing amazing hospitality, although some staff members were rude. The location, while not the best due to a rundown area and a nearby caravan site, had the bonus of excellent live music in the bar and delicious food prepared by the chef.
